INFORMATION on FIELD TRIPS
Field Trips May be modified as a Birthday Party

NOTE: - Read all of this information before you call, this will help us serve you better.

NOTE: - This Information pertains to Field-Trips and Birthday Partys except as noted.


If you want to go on a Field trip to Keith's Farm:

1. YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION
(You must call the Farm and reserve a specific date and time.)
NOTE: There are NO Field Trips on Weekends (NO Exceptions)

2. THE COST IS $9.00 PER PERSON ( From 20 to 200 people)
(If you go on the Field Trip the price is $9.00/person - there are no exceptions.)
(Anyone boarding the Hayride, participates in the Field-Trip & Must pay the $9.00.)

3. THERE IS MINIMUM CHARGE OF $180.00 OR 20 PEOPLE.
( If you have less than 20 people, the cost is still $180.)
( We can handle up to 200 people)

4. FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, ALLOW AT LEAST 1 1/2 HRS. ON THE FARM.
( That is: Please allow 90 minutes for the total Field Trip)

5. THE FIELDTRIP INCLUDES HAYRIDE TO THE "PUMPKIN PATCH".
(Everyone may pick a pumpkin at the "Pumpkin Patch". )
(The Pumpkin Picking and Hayride last at least 1 hour. (i.e. 60 minutes))

6. UPON RETURN FROM THE HAYRIDE,
EVERYONE IS GIVEN A SNACK OF POPCORN & LEMONADE.
(For the very young, we can substitute animal crackers for the popcorn.)

7. ALL PERSONS WHO GO ON THE FIELDTRIP WILL BE GIVEN
A 1/4 PECK DRAWSTRING BAG OF APPLES.
(Yes, Everybody gets a bag of apples to take home.)

8. THERE IS NO "APPLE PICKING" IN THIS FIELDTRIP.

9. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BIRTHDAY CAKES OR DECORATIONS
( If you wish to celebrate a Birthday at the Farm, you must bring your own
decorations and Birthday Cake.)
